Staff Training:
staff who work directly with seniors (caregiver, medication technicians, companions, receptionists) are trained in Person Centered Tools which enable them to provide high level customer service to seniors and their families. They learn stratagies to handle complex issues that would typically be directed to management (client concerns, miscommunication challenges, providing individualized care to clients)
Consultation:
We provide direct consultation to address your specific challenges and provide stratagies and tools to solve those issues.
Workshops:
We provide staff workshops to build essential skills and create a team attitude.
